You run the business. I run the internet part — and I actually fix things instead of writing reports about them.
The free check-up: I go through your funnel like a paying customer — ads, site, product pages, cart, shipping, checkout, email — and list every place it's losing you money. Biggest first.
No agency, no hand-offs, no “implementation partner.” The person who found the problem is the person who ships the fix — store, shipping, ads, email, even custom tools when your business needs one.
Once the big fixes land, I stay in the chair: monitoring, ad checks, small improvements every month. You'll mostly forget I'm there. The numbers won't.
Big companies split this between two executives: a CTO — chief technology officer, runs the tech — and a CMO — chief marketing officer, runs the growth. Your business needs both brains, but it can't fund two executive salaries. In this chair they're the same person: the strategy and the code, the ads and the infrastructure, with no translation layer in between.
Ads point at your site. Your site asks for a yes — a checkout, a booked appointment, a quote request. Then the real world has to deliver on it. Whether you sell products, take appointments, or quote custom jobs, it's one connected system — fix one corner in isolation and the problem just moves next door. So I work holistically: I examine the entire business, including the parts that aren't on the internet, before I touch anything.
I spent fifteen years as a software engineer — iOS apps, startups, production systems — before pointing all of it at one problem: small businesses bleeding money online in ways nobody on their payroll can see.
The point isn't the résumé. It's that when something in your funnel is broken, I don't write a ticket — I open the code.
Full case file publishing soon: the before/after numbers, what was actually broken, what got built, and the owner's own words. Real data, no marketing math.*
You send me your store. I go through the whole thing like a paying customer, then hand you a plain-language list of every leak I found — biggest first, with what fixing each one is worth. No charge, no deck, no obligation. Worst case: you keep the list.
